We are here to make your life as easy as possible.
Upon consultation with us, you will first need to choose how many cameras and operators you'd like at your wedding.
This decision is made based on what you expect out of your video. With only a single camera, we will place a camera in a location that can best cover the bride's face, as the groom and bride typically spend most of the time facing each other. For example, if the bride is standing on the left side of an alter, we will shoot from the right side to capture the brides face. Renting two or more cameras gives us more of an ability to edit and cut footage in a more cinematic way, where the person who is talking is getting a close-up.
Time is charged hourly, and can include anything you wish to be captured, including tasteful bride and groom dressing footage, interviews and best wishes from family and friends, coverage of the drive to the ceremony (riding in the limo, etc.), the reception introductions, first dance, cake cutting, etc.
Every wedding we do ends up being a little different, so we consult with the bride and groom and make sure we are there to capture exactly what you want. Price is structured from shooting time on location. Included in this price is any set-up and tear-down time we need, and we typically show up to our assigned location a hour ahead of time to make sure all arrangements have been made properly. We count only hours of recording, so having your ceremony located 20 minutes away from your reception doesn't mean we charge you 20 minutes of shooting time. Also, do not worry about running 5 minutes over with your ceremony or reception. We do round up with our coverage time to the nearest hour, but we allow a 15 minute grace period, and certainly won't stop shooting in the middle of your "I do's" no matter how much you misjudge your length requirements. Also, we always bring enough tape and batteries to bump up your package on-the-fly, in case you have a sudden change of heart and would like us to record more of your reception or after-ceremony events. We never book two weddings on one day just in case this need presents itself.
Included in any of these packages:
- One wireless lapel microphone for the groom (The mic is black and inconspicuous, and if positioned properly, we find that audio capture quality is fairly even for both the bride and the groom, while remaining hidden). Additional microphones can be rented for the preacher, bride or other speakers for an additional $75/day, and is often recommended. Alternatively, if the church/hall in which the wedding is held is using it's own audio system to present the audio to the audience, we can usually work out an agreement to obtain a direct recording from their system, saving you extra equipment hanging off your clothes.
- 4 DVD copies of the wedding, with cinematic editing. We take the best parts of our captured footage and arrange it in an entertaining final product. For an additional $75, we can burn you extra DVD's of the un-edited, raw footage of your special day.
- Our travel costs. Up to 50 miles from Trafford, Pennsylvania, we cover all travel expenditures.
- Fully custom authored DVD's, including scene selections and an aesthetic menu system.
Additional Services:
- Digital photography of your wedding and reception (packages start at $300)
- Montage Video: Set to your choice of music, we can create an artistic video/photo presentation of your wedding day, using footage we have captured, as well as photographs from either us or your hired photographer. This is a fantastic way to consolidate a day's worth of memories into less then an hour to send to family and friends. (Prices start at $300)
- Honeymoon Slideshow: Similar to a montage video, bring back pictures from your honeymoon, and we'll consolidate your travel adventures as newlyweds into a short, entertaining slideshow presentation.
- Rehearsal Dinner Coverage: At 75% of hourly rate of price structure listed above. Because of the nature of the weddings, we often accommodate special requests, tailored services, and just about any other need you may require.

We require a 20% down payment of your total two weeks before the event, to allow us to purchase tapes or other equipment necessary to capture your special day. This is non-refundable, but you are not obligated to pay your final balance until seven days after shoot day.
